Only you can initiate the Rapid Remote support session and you can end a session anytime by simply closing the window on your desktop.  During your session you will be able to see the technician using your cursor to locate and fix the problems, but you can over-ride the Technicians control of the cursor using your own mouse .

Can you get into my computer after the session is over?

No, only you can initiate and log in to Rapid Remote Support and request a new session. The desktop sharing application and supporting tool that allow us to view and interact with your computer not installed on your computer and when run from our website, only runs in memory for the duration of your session. Also it automatically deletes from your system each time you log out of a session. Until you initiate a new session with a Rapid Remote Support Technician cannot access your computer.
